Jean Bates was an exceptional and amazing lady who put her family and friends first and her needs last right up until the last. Always caring about how everyone else is, that they are ok and offering to help. There is a huge hole now where Jean's smile, laugh, talking and naughtyness used to be and not a day goes by that she is not missed dreadfully. I miss you Jean, love always. Kerry x x x
